Refund policy

Most of the seeds are non-returnable, however we can replace them if you encounter any genuine issue. All orders are sent by tracked mails. In case you do not receive the package, we request you to contact the Postal office or the carrier of the shipment. Most of the times, the package gets delivered within 4-9 business days.

If the package is lost, let us know and we will do our best to fix the issue.

To request replacement or any issue that you face with the order, you can contact us at info@theamazingseeds.com. Items sent back to us without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
