This old-fashioned pumpkin, Cushaw Green Striped, is a great winter keeper. Some people call the Cushaw a pumpkin, some call it a squash.
This variety offers heavy yields of cream-colored pumpkins with curved neck striped with green. Large fruit can weigh up to 40 lbs. The light-yellow flesh is slightly sweet, thick, medium-coarse, and fibrous and is fine for pies and baking.
