This New Zealand spinach produces excellent yields of very flavorful medium green spinach leaves. This open pollinated Plant produce small, thick, tender, dark green triangular leaves. It is not a true spinach, but the leaves taste like spinach and can be used in much the same way. This variety produces continuously all year, from spring to fall. Excellent choice for home gardener.

TIP: Soak the seeds overnight before planting to speed germination or start indoors a few weeks before last frost.
