Capsicum annuum

This light yellow to red pepper averages 5" x 1.5" and has a good, sweet flavor. The peppers have thick sweet flesh that is smooth, waxy, and tapers to a point. The compact plants grow up to 24" tall and are very productive. Popular for salads, frying, and pickling. These sweet banana peppers are great to top pizzas, salads, and sandwiches. An early producer and widely adapted.
